Firstly, I have never seen this and I must have been to literally thousands of JA meetings all across the country.

Of course, the Red Tops would have the lunacy of a few [and I say lunacy - anyone who did that is a nutter in my opinion] as the general concensus for all.

I can see it now "JA members tie devil kids to chairs in meetings whilst letting potential converts dogs run free!"
