 為什麼康業不幫吳氏5%召開業主大會，
1.因為吳氏副主席是非法委任的，副主席本身亦無實權。
2.為什麼"法團委員"都跑悼，因沒有委員跟吳氏一樣瘋癲，沒有委員就沒有合法的三屆法團。
3.康業有自已的律師，深懂法律，不會幫吳氏召開非法業主大會。
十月三十日的傳單，實屬愚弄本園業主
