聽到爆竹聲，彼此互道一句:「同喜、同喜」。
這網站應可供給些白天為口奔馳，彼此無須認識而又同住在這二期屋簷下，無時間三五成群飲茶八下二期的管理/法團消息的街坊。凝聚成一股「網勁」繼續彼此間在網上神交監察，你說有多扎實、多方便！最起碼網上文字比靠把口傳下傳下穩陣得多。更歡迎一些從不了解管理/法團等事項之街坊，可在網上多多認識、學習、批評甚至未來親自投身管理/法團工作。
建議網頁現可重組為:
Chapter 1: 各自品評篇 - 第三屆管理委員會已成歷史。
Chapter 2: 反獨裁篇 - 一月至十月與Ms Ng的這一段拉据。
Chapter 3: 待產篇 - 2個月內開業主大會。
Chapter 4: 後話吧！
