Olen ihan samaa mieltä. Englanti on kielenä todella kevyttä ja ilmavaa. Suomen kielen synteettisyys (loppupäätteet ym.) tekee sen raskaaksi ja jotenkin synkäksi kieleksi. Englanniksi on paljon helpompi taas harjoittaa eri tyylilajeja ja olla esim. ironinen - suomessa saman voi tehdä mutta se vaatii enemmän vaivaa. Koen itse kirjoittaessani englantia olevani sananmukaisesti "iloisempi".

Mun mielestä ajatukset ja ajattelu ovat hyvin sidoksissa kieleen ja vaativat symboli järjestelmää. Siispä muutokset kielessä heijastuu aina jossain mielessä muutoksiin ajattelussa ja toisinpäin. Tottakai on olemassa ei-kielellisiä mielteitä mutta mielestäni mielteet ei ole sama asia kuin ajattelu.
