No doubt this is good advice, on the basis that even a little sadhana is better than none at all. The real question though is what we are trying to achieve. Are we simply trying to make a little progress in this life, and possibly position ourselves better for a chance in future lives, or are we trying to reach the ultimate goal in this one lifetime?

I suspect that for most people "just do what you can" will not be enough.

I have no way of knowing, but I would guess that only a small minority of Kriyaban's will attain the final goal in this life.
