Did Dukori have any other sons?

Dukori's sons were Ananda Mohan (first born), Sadananda and Paramananda. Paramananda has a son, Subodh, whom I saw once. He seemed to be on good terms with Shibendu and has a dignified appearance; an old man already.

I know Hendrik said currently of all Lahiri lines Shibendu is the only descendant teaching.

I got this from Shibendu, to be exact.

I'm suprised Ananda Mohan was not labeled by SRF for publishing those Patravali letters of Lahiri. When did he publish them?

In 1938, I believe.

I have some books by Satyeswarananda, but they are so dry to read that I put them on a basement shelf.

Something else: I once wrote to SRF and enquired about Hariharananda. I had asked if it is O.K. to get Kriya Initiation from Swami Hariharananda instead of an authorized SRF minister. I mentioned that he was a disciple of both Yukteswar and Yogananda. Here is what they wrote back, unedited (emphasis added):

September 20, 1996

"Regarding the swami you inquired about, we should explain that he was at one time a teacher of Yogoda Satsanga Society, but his connection with our society was severed in 1973. We should perhaps also mention that our records are not in agreement with some of those statements made on behalf of this swami. Our files indicate, for example, that he received Kriya initiation, not from Swami Sri Yukteswar or Paramahansa Yogananda, but from Swami Satyananda, who then served as teacher of Yogoda Satsanga Society.

It is not our wish to take issue with other teachers, for there is room enough in this world for all, and each seeker must determine for himself what source of spiritual instruction to follow. Our efforts through the years have been concentrated on helping devotees to find God by following as closely as possible what our Guru taught, and this remains our goal."
