I used to feel a great pressure at the spiritual eye and found that my thought-forms came alive in real life. It was pretty scary and surreal because sometimes my negative thoughts and emotions created dramatic changes as well as the positive.
I realised the importance of being impartial and not affecting other people's will-power with my own thought-forms made powerful by the energy functioning through the higher chakras.
It showed me the necessity of cultivating the yama/niyamas of yoga more potently than an intellectual understanding of them and the reason why they are essential to succesful practice of kriya or any other sadhana.
