Ketch: I stand by what I said. Contrary to your statement, Paramhansaji did NOT "specifically" tell people "not to practice Kechari with pranayama" in those lessons (quoted words are from your post). I don't believe I was being pedantic. I know I won't change your opinion of that, others can decide for themselves.

I don't think anyone here ever said the lessons specifically instruct you to do Kriya with Kechari, or while doing cartwheels. In fact they do not. Guruji chose to instruct people individually on that, with an occasional public reference, as in his transcribed talk in Mejda.

I don't believe that Guruji ever instructed people in private, or referred in public, to doing Kriya with cartwheels. To ridicule the practice of Kriya with Kechari by comparing Kechari to doing cartwheels is beneath you Ketch. I know you are more intelligent than that.
