I've never heard the term "SubSuperconscious mind" but would think it refers to our ordinary waking state. The superconscious mind is in operation when the highest psychic centers are awakened. When the Seventh Center is awakened, one enters formless samadhi. So the SubSuperconscious mind would be the gross mind existing on the physical plane that is ordinarily engaged in thought processes associated with the functions of living and survival.
