As I mentioned earlier, kechari mudra is like wood. When it is combined with the higher kriyas, it is like fire and wood coming together. The synergy of the two create something very effective for expanding ones consciousness.

But you failed to tell us what is this something. If it blows up the brain so that no cells remain or bloats it to such an extent that no stringent thoughts can be kept there anymore it isn't worth knowing about it.
