Kelly? Who is Kelly?

I did not manage to make the commercial on the web site
work, so I had to go by the glimpse in the episode. Was
that River? If not, why am I supposed to recognise her?

I also looked at "shindig" and the cans River ripped did
not have a Blue Sun logo that I saw. However she did
appear to be checking all the cans for something and not
finding it. Perhaps they print a logo on the metal under
the label, so those in the know don't accidentally eat it?
