All of these were filmed earlier. How is Joss supposed to predict what's going to happen once the show is out there? He certainly didn't predict the episode order chaos. Perhaps you think he should have pulled this to avoid offending viewers, ala Ear Shot.

You seem to be saying that it's okay to take risks, just not when they're actually risky. I'd still rather see the show fail as Firefly than succeed as something pretending to be Firefly. Like I said, I like ME shiws because they don't play safe.
