I can see the show with a cowboy/western ethos or sensibility but not necessarily always bludgeoning us with western dress/speak. Hopefully in future shows, we'll see people who have differing social mores and customs than those seen in 1870s America, especially when they are all speaking different languages. I mean they're all incorporting the Chinese language into their everyday speech. Where are the other elements of Chinese/Asian culture?
