There was a lame comedy from 1999 or 2000 about a guy who can't get a job and can only earn enough money to do whatever, by working as a male prostitute. There were gags about fat women and a woman with an artificial leg, etc. It wasn't quite as sick and insulting as it sounds, but it was not a movie to remember. Indeed, I don't remember the title or the name of the star.
