Darkened eyes lit up marginally at the appearance of Annalee, accepting the nudge and returning one of her own.

"Hey Annalee. This is Genesis, my baby girl."

Dusky muzzle prodded at the milky foal, urging her forward for inspection and the mandatory cooing. A shadow of a smile curled her lips as the filly obediently traipsed forward and sniffed. A flicker of motion caught the gilded matriarch's eye and she turned, watching the retreating form of Demonio. No other words were spoken. She would confide in Annalee about the shambles of her life later. For now, the two mares could rejoice in the miricle of new life.

((UGH! I'm sooooo sorry for that utterly horrid post. My brain is elsewhere. *mutters and wanders off*))
