C. Credit
1. farmers were in debt
2. bank suffered when Stock Market crashed
D. Declining Exports
1. European demand for American goods declined
a. European production increased
b. Europe could not afford to buy goods overseas
E. Unstable International Debt Structure
1. US allies could not afford to back war debts
2. America refused to forgive debts
3. American banks gave loans to Europe
