She's only cowhocked if the feet are not pointing the same way as the hocks, the legs need to point out away from the body in order for the stifle to clear the barrel when in a gallop. If she is cowhocked, then there is nothing to be done about it. You can't hope to fix it with trimming. Especially an adult horse. If you start messing with her hoof angles now, you're bound to do more harm than good. To me, I see a nice looking well balanced horse with good bone, decent topline, and good leg angles.
