Wow, how'd this post come back up to the top again? I mean, I posted it back in March!!

I had leased her out to a friend so that she could bred her to a QH stallion by the name of Mr. Ole San, but unfortunately the only thing she caught was a uterine infection. So I have her back home now. I have ridden her a few times since getting her back in July and it is just as I remember it. Having a few strength issues, but that is to be expected after 3 years off.

Oh, you may not have recognized her, but this is Canasta, my former dressage horse, dam of Briana and Valour (aka Tigger).

As for her gaits, her best gait is her walk, she would receive 7's and 8's for that, her Canter was very comfortable although for a dressage horse could use more "jump" at times, and her trot is very smooth and ground covering.

As for my future plans, semi-retirement and just enjoying her company for as long as I have her with me. After all, she is 19 years old as of now.
