It is a shame how our media is so biased in trying to tell us who we should vote for, as if they know best. I am glad this is a non-partisan (well, a little conservative) forum where everyones opnions, whatever country you're from, count. And it is very nice to hear, Jim, that Candadians don't respond like slaves to Michael Moore. I respect his opinion and what he has to say, but I don't agree that he should try to push it on other people, which he continuously does. It's good to know Canda are free thinkers [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Date Posted: 04:31:33 10/24/04 Sun I was the one who mentioned here how disgusted I was with Canadian MP Carolyn Parrish for her stupid attacks on Americans calling them 'bastards' and 'idiots' and calling the President a 'moron'. She is not fit to be in our Parliament. I certainly did not vote for her party (the governing Liberals). I am quite willing to criticise people of my own nationality who make insulting remarks about other countries. A member of government should NEVER speak like that. She has a bad case of 'foot in mouth' disease! [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
