Well said. You are right, there is nothing like Pipe Band Contests in the world. I do remember my first contest, although it was nie on 17 years ago. (Yes, I actually just wrote "nie on"). I was a somewhat arrogant teenager (hard to believe I know :P) and I thought, "Yeah, I'll be just fine."

I was OK until the first roll off and then I realized, "Oh, crap, there's no do-overs now, this is it!!" It was like jumping off a huge cliff into a lake. It was fan-freakin-tastic!! And I've been addicted ever since. :)

I thought you guys did sooo well at Mesa! I know you delighted a lot of people. Keep up all the good work you are doing.
