I really need to check this thing more often. Yes, I remember the jellies. I'll never forget the jellies! :)

And, yes it really is that easy. My only advice is to be sure that you use the right amount of pumpkin. It only calls for a pound and over here we have these cans that have, like, a metric pound or something because it's one pound and 13 ounces. Yeah, ours was a little pumpkinny and had difficulty cooking. I had to bake it for an additional 35 minutes. So, yeah, watch your measurements. :) But, it's reallllllyyy tasty.
