Subject: Dell laptop won't play video CD or DVD

 Hi,
I have a Dell laptop which won't recognize DVDs or non-music CDs. Any thoughts on how to remedy this? I created a CD and DVD using QuickTime (Mac OSX, QT 6.02) and cannot get the Dell to play either version. Thank you.
