I have a new Dell Inspiron, provided to me at work, but I can't always connect to Internet. I use it for work in Minnesota, where connections don't seem to be a problem, but when I take it home, across the line in Canada, it only occasionally is able to connect to the ISP there. My computer doesn't seem to want to talk to the ISP. It's dial up service, and the phone answers all right, but rarely makes a connection. Anybody have any ideas?
