I have a new Dell Inspiron from work. It works fine at work in Minnesota when I try to get on the Internet there, but fails to connect to the local ISP in Manitoba when I return home to Canada at night. It's diaup and the connection seems to be made, but the computers, mine and ISP, rarely want to talk to each other. Any ideas why?
