While Dolly was in the gulf we got more afternoon showers. It looked like huge feederbands, but didn't act like them at all.

Ed and I were in Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis over the weekend. They've got a LLLOOOOONNNNGGGG way to go in recovery from Katrina. They certainly don't need another storm. Even as far north as I am, we're Katrina weary. However, we're still a little short on rainfall. We've been in a deficit for the last several years. It's not drought, but we're not hitting our average by any means.
