I caught hell when I moved down there in '86 too! Nobody liked my idea of a street roadster back then.

I would have run this setup on the Camaro back in March but a busted fuel hose kept me from it that night. That and just getting used to the car with the blower helps too. I still have a ways to go with the tune up and now I need to dial in the rear suspension. It kept loading and then unloading (bouncing) the rear tires. It was sure funny to watch the video of it "chirpping" all the way down the track! Looked like a four legged pogo stick!

I kept looking for you to show up Sunday. Closet time to mine was a 6.30. Everyone else broke! I even had a bye in the final due to the guy with the '69 (mellowyellowstroker) flinging out the driveshaft during his bye in the semi's. The place that sponsered our class complained about me too! Oh well, I must be doing something right to attract all the attention I guess!lol! Nobody had a problem with me until I ran a 6.10 during qualifing. First pass was a 6.46 and everything was fine then. That's racing I guess.
