Thought I had responded to this inquiry a few weeks ago at the request of the site host - the Water pad is scheduled for 2002 as part of the overallplan for Town Park - that will depend on Council approving this in the budget. And for your additional question on the Band Shell - I agree - this is taking an inordinate amount of time, however staff are on top of this and are working with the origional tender to get the job completed.
