Once, I tried convincing my cat that he should stop clawing on my sofa. He, too, lacked deductive reasoning and showed a pattern of stubborn ignorance.

So the head of the elections board (the ENTIRE day of the November election) had no responsibility in his department's shortcomings. That's the American way, alright. Ask Ken Lay and the Enron guys.
