I am watching the timers of my shortcut keys. The healer needs to watch the fellow panel to see who's health is going, or observe which person the monster is hitting, and listen to the sound of them being hit. The health bars in fellow chat are on a 3 sec or so delay. Even though it shows a little health off, they could almost be dead.
