just to keep him in line! A guy that was actually fired from our group a few months ago(Was a real disappointment to all of us since we all really liked him) started up a little thing between me and him... one day I though he was being a bit anal so I told him "Some one is in desperate need of an ass kicking!" and since that time I turned into the one that delivered ass kickings at work and this guy used to always say "I better shut up! I don't want to get my ass kicked today!" or "Remember, I am over 50 and have glasses!". He was a good sport and really played it out... he even told our boss one time that he better watch out or I was gonna kick his ass after work:) In hockey terms, I guess I was the "enforcer" at work:) These are kinda the times I wish I could act on them just to let my boss know he is being a dumb ass! Almost like an employee appreciation day:)
