ok, I am watching my calories, eating 4-5 meals a day, cardio 3-4 times a week, and wieghtlifting 3-4 days a week.

I take Biotropin 3x a day, a small amount of hydroxycut 2x a day. I am going to start taking Pyruvate and Chromium Picolate (sp?) when they come in.

I did a BMI calculate, determined my caloric intake to maintain my weight, then subtracted 500 calories to lose a pound a week. Problem is that 2 different sites gave me different caloric intake numbers. I think I need about 2000-2100 to lose. I was doing 1700-1900 and I didn't seem to lose anything. Calories are hard to manage. I don't have the patience to monitor my calories daily. I have an idea of what I need to eat and I do it.

I have read so many articles, and have learned soo much. I really know how the body works now. I am watching my carbs and sugar and fats as well.
