I guess I'm just genetically gifted.

The key to losing weight is to increase your metabolism and workout. Calorie regulation is to much work in my opinon.

I eat a piece of toast for breakfast, maybe have a serving of protein in water.
Eat a granola bar around 10:30, usually a chicken ceaser salad for lunch, then another granola bar around 3:30.
Workout from about 5:30-7:00 about 4 days a week, cardio 2-3 days a week. I also make sure to Drink about a gallon of water a day.
Then eat whatever I want for dinner.

Weekends I usually eat a bunch of crap like pizza and wings.
