Kudo's For Dexter's fun run!!!!

RIDERS,

As you all know Saturday 26, July 2003 there was a benefit here in Crestview Florida for Little Dexter.

We managed in a very short amount of time to put together a "FUN RUN" for the little guy.... It was a two hour ride with the County Sheriffs Dept. running front and rear and blocking all intersections for us..... Dexter bless his little heart was able to go on the run with us... I don't think I've ever seen a kid smile so much. We even hit rain and he was still smiling!

We all feel really good about the turn out and want to thank everyone involved... At our Post 75 it was everyone... Legionaries, Auxiliary, SALS, and Riders. We still feel so good we could all jump for joy that we managed to pull this off on such short notice.
So, THANKS TO YOU ALL!!!

Ready Riders.....
We raised $800.00 on the run it's self !!!!!!
The donations for soft drinks and water went to Dexter also... over $100.00....
The 50/50 was almost $800.00.... Little Dexter drew his own brothers name so all of it went to the family!!!!
We would also like to thank all the folks for the personal donations as well!!..

By the time we left the park around 2:30pm they had raised over $7,000.00..... God only knows what it was by the end of the day!
