Subject: over heating

recently i purchased a 20ft sea skiff its a real beauty but has one small prblem.one side of the 283 motpr rus considerably hotter than the other,would be rally thankful if anyone has ideas on where to start looking for problem

Check your exhaust manifolds and other exhaust water passages.Elbows cause excess build ups also

If it is only on side then this probably won't help, but mine had overheating problems on one engine. Turned out to be hull intake was reversed on one side (slots to the back). Also the water pump blades (rubber flaps) break constantly and can plug up various places.
