On seconds thought, why can't we apply to the IVDA SC for arbitration on a SUDA-only matter? Provided we have a solid const this should be fine (obvisouly excepting on-the-day problems).

1.4.1. The role of SUDA standing committee shall be fulfilled by the IVDA standing committee

1.4.2

1.4.3. For matters requiring an immediate
decision (e.g. 3.18.4), the SUDA executive committee
shall interpret the SUDA constitution as is
appropriate, advised by members of the IVDA standing
committee where possible

One niggly problem with using IVDASC is that of auditing - no-one ever submits their accounts for audit, and no-one ever cares, but even so...

I submitted to Caroline a complete and up-to-date version of the IVDA constitution. The one presently on the website has a number of errors, ommisions, and, most importantly, several clauses that have yet to be officially added and are awaiting a second vote - I'd advise against using it as a base. If I were you I'd wait for the revised version to appear on this website before I wrote the SUDA const (I can email it if you want).
