I'm currently trying to get a new version into electronic form. I have the hard copy of the version from November 2000 that was used for SUDA 2001. However, that was before the new opens format was introduced. Once the IVDA constitution is up I am just going to cut and paste that bit with suitable alterations for dances to be done etc. etc. I would much rather have access to the minutes from the last few years worth of meetings...do we have them? If so, where?

Also, whilst I was typing through my constitution I came accross one or two interesting details. For example the whole previous accounts business...do they exist? If so where? If so shouldn't we do something sensible with them? Equally do we need our own standing committee? Or do we use the IVDA one these days? Is it still the case that it's the Member Society's business to make sure they get the entry forms?

When this is typed I will post it provisionally for people to criticise.

Constitutional nit-pickers - may I be a pedant and change 'less' for 'fewer' in one case where it's bugging me?!
