That is not entirely fair. I have considered both sides of this matter in a thorough, rigorous and unbiased fashion, and it is my considered opinion that IMTM is significantly inferior to TMTM in a number of ways.

Habitual slavery of black people lasted considerably longer. Just because a way of doing things is old does not automatically mean it is any good.

We already have. Aside from one or two add-ons (most of which are nullified by IMTM anyway) the 2-division IMTM was tried at the Oxford Social. It worked - but largely because it was a "freindly" and no-one was really bothered about nit-picking details and flaws in the scoring. If it were the best way of doing things, that's all this proposal would be.

It isn't.
