Please let me start out by saying that I'm very sorry if Tim and me dancing intermediate this year caused offense to anyone. In our defence,
1. I was a (non-main team) beginner last year and a finalist this year, so I really didn't have the time to learn the three non-team dances to a suitable standard.
2. We only made one mixed final this year, which was the Oxford Social (hardly representative given several universities did not attend).
3. While I understand people will object to the fact Tim has been dancing a number of years, he has some physical learning disabilities meaning his ability to improve is slower than the average persons.
4. And if that is not enough, perhaps it will make those angry people out there happy to know that this is the last year for both of us! It's been fun...=)
