I went to a ball in Durham before easter. I think there might be two men out of the 80 or so who could do a spin turn. There were 2 women there who could dance, one ex-bath competitor and one german.

The classes are apparently very dull - the 'advanced' class last one hour and always includes 2 beat barn-dances. I think they need a teacher with some enthusiasm before anything much happens there!!
