Hi. Just to let you know Cambridge also have the International Hall, Brentwood Essex provisionally booked for 14th March 2004. Brentwood is host to major dance championships and has a 23x16m floor with all the tiered setaing in place, and a capacity for 1300.

I already enquired about Blackpool, it is affordable but has nothing available in March.
