I have a funny story, we recieved a call of a burg. in progress call , we arrived at the scene and the RP (reporting party) said that a W/M had attempted to break in to her house. My Sgt. and I began to search the area, my Sgt. yelled to me that he thought someone was hidinging in large fir tree. I thought he was out of his mind, but went over to the tree that was in the neighbors yard. My Sgt. said that he thought someone was hiding in the tree. I am thinking what the f#$@, someone in the tree, yea a squirrel. I start looking up and see that, holy sh%$, there is someone up about 15 feet up in the tree. I yelled for him to come down, no answer. I climbed up on a brick ledge next to the tree. I made eye conatct with the suspect. I told him to come down as he was standing on branch about 15 feet up. The suspect said "You'll have to shoot me" to get him down. Well, was this a challenge?, ok, I pulled out my pepper spray. I sprayed him in the face, and as he tried to get away from it he fell like a pinball down the fir tree, hitting every branch on the way down, with a loud thud as he hit the ground. Fu$#%#$% classic!! EMS had to treat his dumb ass. What a dunmb ass! Well as stupid was being escorted to a cruiser, a car erupts in fire. Stupid had been at the neighbors house breaking in to a truck and huffing paint and when he was through he torched it. Off to the crow bar hotel. Stupid was charged with attempted burg, arson, and later homicide (Unrealted to my call). BYE BYE. Not going anywhere for a while, douche, grab a Snickers.
