Subject: You leave me bruised and broken from this head on collision.. .

She made her way in quietly, still a little shaken over the encounter with the stranger at the strip. The man had been angry, and obviously strung out, and his words were harsh. It wasn't until he had made a comment about Kesi though, that she had gotten really upset. The man had tried to grab her, but luckily Tyrell was there to set him in his place for the time being.... A small hand rubbed at the bruises forming on her wrist, her brow furrowed still.

He rolled his eyes - he had done this a few times before - as he carefully helped Kato up and supported him into the bedroom and got him settled, shaking his head as he squeezed the other man's shoulder and muttered some wry comment.

She hung up the phone, moving to the bedroom door and leaning against the frame, nervous.

His eyes flitted to Diallo who waited patiently in the background - understanding of the friendship between the two. "You don't have to..." This was something, as unpleasant as it was and as much as he loved Cass, that he had Mal shared - memories of her at his side for hours on side since they were just kids and he skinned his knee for the first time, to the first time he'd been stabbed, and then shot.
