I drilled a pattern of 1/4 holes on the back side of the air box, in the area forward of the stock intake that is indented to allow the forward cyclinder clearance. I also drilled a larger hole next to the interior inlet to allow more air around the filter element. This with the exhaust mod well allow the fuel air mixture to read a light brown on your plugs. I considered drilling holes along the leading edge of the air box but had concerns about looks. If I botched the pattern it would show. Forced air only works above a certian speed so there would be no power increase also.
