Maybe something to do with it being a Saturday rather that the usual Mondays we seem to get by the seaside!! The Rifles were excellent too. Get in there early and catch their set. Enjoyed the gig but have to say I was hoping for a couple of surprises along the lines of Monday or Pretty Green like we had in 2002. The highlight for me was the way everyone around us danced together for Malice. No shoving or pushing, just happy, smiling dancing. Must be getting old! Poole was the best sound I have heard for a long time from a venue. Its a little modern but its design meant the acoustics were spot on. I managed to get the set list off the lighting guy.
