First, they were oiled up in the original photo. So they looked 'worked over' already. Second, I think there is some slight wide angle distortion because they got close to the girl with a wide angle lens, instead of shooting with a more flattering telephoto lens, but the idea behind it is to enhance the apparent size of the breasts. This beautiful, earth mother, sexpot doesn't need any enhancing.
