Subject: We need to talk politics

Sorry, but this board is dead unless I express some red-blooded American views that rouse Artie from his drunken hippie stupor to defend the domestic enemies of the Constitution, otherwise known as the Obama Administration.

I mean, look at the last few threads.
We assess the qualities of the naked ladies, which are ample, but then it dies faster than a conversation with Mike Paolucci.

So, what's in the news?
Oh yeah, Obama fires the general who didn't actually say anything about his incompetence (that was his aides), and the world sees it as a show of his "strength". Everyone with an opinion said that he had to let McChrystal go, so he did what everyone said he should do.

That's the first time he's actually listened to anyone, so maybe it's the start of a trend. Who knows? Maybe next he'll start saluting the flag or stop raising taxes.

Nahh.

OK. That wasn't too incendiary. But it's hard rto get back into the hate stuff when I'm getting regular sex.

Isn't that right, left hand?

Now....discuss

I kid, you hurt, why Frank? why?

Next you'll be telling me, that you and Rick Webber,
aren't coming back to KRF, and that would just destroy
any faith I have in humanity, you wouldn't want that on
your conscience? Would you?

Conscience, I crack me up!

Can't really defend it too much Frank. The BP response was weak and he should fire all the Generals and get the fuck out of Afghanistan and W's oil field, Iraq. He should've forced single payer and kicked all the corrupt lobbyists and pols out of Washington, but then they'd be nobody left, but most importantly I thought your T-bagger phase was going to be short lived, like your "Sex in Marriage" phase, your "Hair on Top of the head" phase and you 'KRF retirement" phase...and remember, one Obama beats 100 McCain/Palins.

...He salutes the flag and taxes were lower for almost everyone this year as opposed to under Bush. Stop drinking the fucking Kool aid Frank...your anger at I'm guessing his color, is "darkening" your ability to see straight...YOU paid less taxes than under Bush, unless you've got some secret Bonnie money stashed that noone knows about...I'm stuck doing the first weekend at the Faire, hopefully I'll be to drunk to listen to your rantings.

I figured it had to be you.

It was written in shorthand.

But the government response was stirring.

Fire all general;s, no.
Get the fuck out. Agreed.

He should've forced single payer

He was too busy forcing Obamacare down our throats to sweat the details.

and kicked all the corrupt lobbyists and pols out of Washington, but then they'd be nobody left...

Who agreed with him.

but most importantly I thought your T-bagger

"Tea-Partier. Tea bagging is something done backstage at the Mud Pit.

phase was going to be short lived, like your "Sex in Marriage" phase, your "Hair on Top of the head" phase and you 'KRF retirement" phase

Those other phases didn't affect the future of my sons. Turning America into Greece does.

...and remember, one Obama beats 100 McCain/Palins.

Agreed. In the "Can run the country into the ground olympics.

He salutes the flag

Haven't seen that.

and taxes were lower for almost everyone this year as opposed to under Bush.

Just wait til next year, friend.
"Here's a hundred for you. I'll be back later for a thousand".

>Stop drinking the fucking Kool aid Frank...your anger

Yes, Artie. I'm a racist. Obama is wonderful and the ONLY reason to disagree with The Annointed One is that he's black. As stupid as that argument is, I thought that even you might have abandoned it by now. But when you really don't have any positives to recommend the guy, I guess you have to get negative about those who don't see any positives.

...YOU paid less taxes than under Bush,
>unless you've got some secret Bonnie money stashed
>that noone knows about

I paid less taxes because I worked KRF and could take soem huge deductions, along with huge health care deductions, which under Obamacare means I'll be able to take m=even more, since my healthcare expemses are going to skyrocket. (Not hyperbole. I live in Massachusetts, Obamacare 1.0)

I'm stuck doing the first

Unless I'm not there.
And talk about KRF retirement? Need to pick up some extra cash before Obama takes it all next year?

I have to say, I knew I could depend on you to spice up the board with Liberal Loony Tunes. Thank you. You make me feel so ....right.

...Where was all this anger then when a very white Texan actually set about destroying this country and you and all your mis-spellers were sitting home enjoying the gentle tongue baths of Beck and Hannity? Somebody had to fix it and this is what fixing looks like.

...actually, they needed me back...I'll probably lose money and look foolish as a man my age should not be parading around in costumes, screaming incoherant jingoisms and whipping up a drunk, illiterite crowd

...or as the tea partiers call it, "Patriotism".

Notice I didn't say Tea bagers...that one really seems to hit home...

Hey, 25 years ago, when I played Sampson in Spiro's R&J, you played Lord Capulet...

...now, 25 years later I find myself cast as Lord Capulet...

...any suggestions?

* (not in the scenario this year.

Well, lad. When I trod the boards back as Lord C, I found it very helpful to hum a little tune in my head. It helped drown out all those other "actors" who tended to distract me from remembering my lines and figuring out what sort of face to pull as I said them. Also a good bas relief on the set can do wonders when you're thinking of what to look at while others are talking.

You're both senile.

Frank played Lord Montague.

He entered...he looked at the bas relief...he looked at his wife...

That was pretty much it.

We now return to the hate board version of Firing Line.

I played both roles, as I recall.
and brilliantly.

There were those who compared me favorably with Dave Ruane, but I am too modest to accept such a compliment

Ha-boom-boom-boom..Dave Ruane!

The good news is that Duncan Rogers claims that he remembers nothing, about that production, so go ahead and claim both parts.

and yes, you were brilliant.

...oh, right, Monty Montague...Does Chris look like Frank looked then?

Also, what was Duncun's girlfiends name...The fabulous and talented Louise?...then she boned Paris...in the springtime.
