Subject: So Frank, about Scott Brown...

They are starting to run anti-Scott Brown ads saying "Scott Brown, you let us Down."

Now, as far as I'm concerned, Scott Brown has been doing a decent job of being exactly what he said he'd be. He's been voting issue for issue what his own sensibilities tell him and was even singled out by the entrenched republicans in congress to get him to fall-in-line with their agenda.

As a so-called liberal, I think Scott has done well under pressure and am pleased he wasn't the single minded opportunist I thought he'd be. So I'm curious, and you must by this point realize I'm using this political litmus test to check my cohesion with reality, do you think Scott Brown has betrayed you? Or is he still the independent beacon of hope to all republican disenfranchizees.

There's no wrong answer but I'm pretty sure I know what you're going to say. I do. Yup. I'm pretty sure. Got it figured out. Got the formula. Just need some lab data. So what's your take? Yea or Nay? Hero or Devil? Golden boy or misfit? [I'm starting to play the last part of "Paradise by the dashboard lights" in my head as I'm typing this, what's it gonna be boy? Still want Scotty?

Just got back from a vacay, so not really up on the latest ads, however, the last ad I did hear made me think "ahhh Political Shenanigans".

The ad sounded like it was telling Brown what he should do, but was really telling us what we should want him to do, so when he does it we'll be happy.

There's three little words that can describe my feelings toward Scott Brown:

Better than Coakley

Honestly, the thing I like about Scott Brown is that when there's a vote on anything, he gets on talk radio (botyh conservative and liberal) to explain his vote. Not necessarily defend it, but explain it. I find it interesting that every vote that comes up, the ads start telling you how you should tell Scott Brown to vote. No one ever mentions the other Senator from MA, John Kerry. Doesn't his vote matter? Or is it because we expect Kerry to keep screwing things up?

Anyway, I'm middle of the road about Brown. I don't agree with some of the votes he's cast, but I respect the fact that he takes the time to tell you why he voted the way he did.

Ok. That's totally rational. I was wrong about my theory and the earth is still turning. Maybe I should drink the koolaid. Not the poisoned koolaid. The refreshing cherry kooolaid. OH YEAH!

OK, this is the end of the world as I know it.
I feel the bile backing up in my throat when I say,

I agree with frank.

Martha Coakley has got to be the single greatest
example of what's wrong with Massachusetts politics,
she comes off as a robot, programmed to do the bidding
of the democratic machine.

She comes of more like Martha Stewart, with all the warmth
and personality of Attila the Hun, and the sex appeal of day old bread.

Scott Brown, for better or worse, has the ability to convey
an actual original thought, as opposed to Kerry, who hasn't had a thought of his own, since he married the Ketchup queen!

I will now drink from the BIG bottle of bleach.

How did a lovely litel discussion on politics turn into a rant against robots?!? Robots are cool, they cook my food, they clean my clothes, they vaccum my floors. Leave the robots alone. We should only be so lucky as to be ruled by robots!

Hal, or the Robot from lost in space?

One has a giant bulbous head, and the other
is a robot.
