I submit that this picture is actually turned to left
90 degrees, in order to make it appear upright, when in fact, she is kneeling in the sand, arms stretched out, breasts hanging down, head tilted to the right.

That's just like how they used to film Batman and Robin scaling walls on the 60's batman series.
Of course, nowadays Adam West's breast will look a lot like this lady's (only a lot more wrinkly).

Are we talking normal dinner plates or Mike Paolucci dinner plates?
'Cause Mike P's plates would be so HUGE there wouldn't be enough room for the rest of the breasts.
