nope, not the expected joke today. Just read an AP article about another woman who ran the London marathon. Her name is Jane Tomlinson, 38, from Leeds in the UK. Jane completed what was in all liklihood her last London marathon. Her breast cancer has spread to her bones and lungs, and, in spite of the chemo she's currently taking, the disease is diagnosed as termimal. According to Tomlinson, this was just something she "wanted to do". The article did not give a finishing time. I don't think one is really important

I guess that's the way a runner goes out. When my time comes, I hope I have that kind of composure and guts. Here's to you, Jane!
