I posted this message a few weeks ago in answer to someone else's queries.

Right now, I am going to Dr. Lee for a pulled muscle in my quads and sartoris muscles (due to a spectacular ski fall). That's why you guys have seen me limping last weekend.

Here is the message I posted a few weeks ago:

Go see Dr. David Lee, an Active Release Techniques (ART) Specialist. These specialists in soft tissues break down the scar tissues that form as a result of an injury. Some of the stuff really hurts, but I'd undergo anything before thinking of surgery.

A few years ago, Alan had a terrible case of plantar fasciitis that lasted about 18 months. He had tried every single thing, iced bottle, orthotics, cortisone shots, etc. He went to Orion Health and could start running the very same day! I have used the ART as well on my right leg. Due to teen-age injuries, my calf muscles and especially the digitorum and hallucis flexors do not stretch very well, thus starting problems in my plantar and my hallux (big toe). I have spent a few sessions at Orion, and you've seen the results, n'est-ce pas ?

This method definitely works! Ask Susan Barnett about it too. We sent her there, along with another dozen injured people.
